Our Apprentice Program

Our Apprentice Program is a unique opportunity to grow from novice helper to seasoned foreman through hands-on training. Apprentices will partner with experienced leads to learn the ins and outs of what it takes to be a great electrician. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
​We are committed to our employees continuing development as they grow in their careers as electricians. We require quarterly safety meetings that meet OSHA requirements for annual safety training and have developed an extensive safety training course for new hires to complete. Whether a seasoned foreman or a brand-new helper, all have something new to learn and have areas to grow, and we are dedicated to provided avenues to cultivate that growth.
 
PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK ENVIRONMENT (minimum requirements)

  • Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling, and conduit pulling.

  • Maintain a standing position for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions such as grasping or manipulating wires.

  • Work off ladders, man lifts, or reach booms
